Description

Join us for a free, lunchtime webinar.

Proposed changes under the Clean Water Act include The Navigable Waters Protection Rule, effective June 22, 2020, from the US Environmental Protection Agency and US Army Corps of Engineers regarding the Waters of the US (WOTUS). The rule alters the definition of protected water bodies and wetlands and will have implications for industry and development nationwide. This presentation will provide an update of regulations affecting streams, wetlands, and groundwater, and will discuss the implications of pending changes for industry.
